Whether you are seeking guidance for yourself, a loved one, a client, or someone you support professionally, Access Care Services (ACS) is here to help.
Navigating health care systems, disability services, aging-related concerns, caregiving responsibilities, and complex social service programs can sometimes feel confusing or overwhelming. Many individuals and families simply need reliable information, thoughtful guidance, and help identifying the next steps that will best support their goals.
Access Care Services was created to help individuals, families, caregivers, and professionals gain the knowledge, confidence, and direction needed to navigate these challenges.
Whenever possible, ACS encourages individuals and families to lead their own care through education and informed decision-making. Through the Golden Guidance Resource Center, many people are able to find answers, build understanding, and confidently move forward on their own.
When additional support is needed, ACS also provides consultation and care management services to help individuals and families address more complex situations.
If you have a question, would like to request an appointment, or want to learn more about how ACS may be able to help, we welcome you to contact us.

For example:
• Are you looking for general educational information that may already be available on the ACS website or within the Golden Guidance Resource Center?
• Are you seeking individualized guidance about a specific concern or situation?
• Are you exploring whether consultation or care management services may be helpful?
• Are you contacting ACS on behalf of yourself, a loved one, a client, or another individual you support?
• Are there urgent medical or safety concerns that should first be addressed through emergency services or a healthcare provider?
You do not need to have all the answers before contacting ACS. Simply providing a brief description of your question or situation will help us determine how we may best assist you.
