Helping You Lead Your Care and Your Life
Our Mission & Purpose
At Access Care Services, we believe everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and supported.
Our mission is to equip and inspire individuals and professionals alike to grow in confidence as they navigate the evolving healthcare and social service landscape. We aim to reduce barriers that create unnecessary dependence by offering tools, knowledge, and encouragement that support informed, independent decision-making.
We believe that individuals, families, and professionals can work together to ensure more responsive, respectful, and person-centered care—because everyone should have a primary voice in their care.

A Legacy of Trust & Service
Founded in 2000, ACS has built a strong reputation for professional, compassionate service and holds an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). We are committed to serving individuals and families regardless of race, ethnicity, religious background, gender identity, sexual orientation, or nation of origin.
Growing to Serve You Better
To reach and help even more people, ACS has added Golden Guidance Resource Center, our primary service. This blog provides cost-effective education and consultation, addressing common challenges and equipping individuals to advocate for themselves in healthcare and social service systems.
Subscribers to the Golden Guidance Resource Center gain access to expert-driven content and can submit questions that may be selected for future blog topics. We also welcome feedback to keep our information up to date and relevant.
While our goal is to empower individuals to navigate their care independently, we recognize that some situations are more complex or unique. ACS continues to offer personalized, fee-based consultations for those who need additional support in advocating for their care.
We invite you to subscribe to the Golden Guidance Center and explore how ACS can support you in leading your care with confidence.
