Add Access Care Services to Your Home Screen
Get quick, one-tap access to your member resources, Golden Guidance Center, and care tools — just like a native app, at no cost.
Open Safari and visit our website
Open the Safari browser on your iPhone or iPad. In the address bar at the top, type www.accesscareservices.com and tap Go.
⚠️ This feature only works in Safari. Chrome and other browsers on iPhone do not support adding to the home screen.
Tap the Share button
At the bottom of your screen (or at the top on iPad), tap the Share button — it looks like a box with an upward arrow.
Select “Add to Home Screen”
Scroll down in the share menu that appears and tap Add to Home Screen.
If you don’t see it immediately, swipe left in the row of icons to find it.
Confirm the name and tap “Add”
A screen will appear showing a preview of the icon. The name will read “Access Care Services” — you may leave it as is or shorten it. Tap Add in the upper-right corner to finish.
Find the icon on your home screen
The Access Care Services icon will now appear on your home screen. Tap it anytime for instant, full-screen access to your member resources — no browser bar needed.

If your iOS version is older than iOS 11, we recommend updating to the latest version of iOS for the best experience. Go to Settings → General → Software Update
Open Chrome and visit our website
Open the Google Chrome browser on your Android phone or tablet. In the address bar, type www.accesscareservices.com and tap Go on your keyboard.
Tap the three-dot menu
In the top-right corner of Chrome, tap the ⋮ Menu button (three vertical dots).
Tap “Add to Home screen”
In the dropdown menu, tap Add to Home screen.
On some Android versions this may appear as “Install app” or “Add to Home screen” — both work the same way.
Confirm by tapping “Add”
A prompt will appear asking you to confirm. Tap Add (or Install on some devices). The icon will be placed on your home screen automatically.
Open from your home screen
Locate the Access Care Services icon on your home screen or app drawer and tap it. The site opens in a full-screen experience without any browser interface — exactly like a native app.
These steps apply to Google Chrome. If you use Samsung Internet, Firefox, or another browser, the option may be under a similar menu labeled “Add page to” or “Install”. Chrome provides the most consistent experience on Android devices.
